Managed IT Services Full
This managed service offering is the gold standard to taking care of your businesses IT needs. We assess your business needs and build a plan to provide you with services including backup and recovery, end point protection, helpdesk services, etc. All general day to day IT needs are covered in the offering and any out of scope work is billed at a 20% discount from our standard rates.
IT Consulting
With years of experience, Mountain IT offers a variety of IT solutions that will cater to every aspect of your technological and operational demands. We know that every client is different, so a member of our team will tailor our expertise to your unique needs.
IT Audits
Audits are a good thing to ensure your IT environment is running as it should and to also ensure in the event of a disaster your business will be able to recover as quickly as possibly with minimal damage or loss of information.
One time IT Audit Small Business 1-10 users: $299
One time Audit Medium Business 10-50 users: $499
One time Audit Large business/enterprise: TBD upon scope discussions.
Managed IT Services Lite
This managed service offering includes Backup of your critical systems, end point protection, and helpdesk services. However, helpdesk services and other services needed are billed at the standard rate with up to a 20% discount.
Construction Design Services
With our established partners we can assist in creating construction documents and ensure the IT needs are captured early in the construction project and delivered as thee specification were built.
Standard Hourly Rates
If you are just needing a one off assistance with something or one of our other offerings are not for you we do offer hourly rates as follows:
Helpdesk Technician: $90/hr
Senior Engineer: $120/hr
Project Management: $140/hr
Mileage for outside of the general Cody area: Billed at the standard IRS rate at the time.
Emergency rates are billed at 1.5x the standard rate outside of normal business hours or unplanned down time. If under a Managed Service Contract you can receive up to a 20% discount on services!
